Returns or Exchanges
As much as we try our best to make sure your plants and/or other purchases arrive safely, accidents do happen. Especially when shipping ceramic containers, we ask you to inspect your box and items when they arrive. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if anything has been damaged while in transit and we’ll be happy to work with you on a return, replacement, or exchange. Please report any damages by emailing us at help@thePLNTHOUSE.com.
We also stand behind all our plants and guarantee them for 30 days. If a plant should wither away before 30 days after receiving it, we’ll work with you on getting a replacement plant. With all our plant orders, we include simple and basic care instructions to help you begin caring for your new loved ones the best way possible.
